1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Printer at printer.bookhead.net, the Printer Canva app, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. The Services are operated by Bookhead, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Services

Printer is a print-on-demand platform that enables creators to sell printed publications. Our Services include:

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs on your account and must keep your credentials confidential. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, create, or publish through Printer, including PDF files, publication metadata, and storefront content. By using our Services, you grant Bookhead a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services, including transmitting files to Lulu for print fulfillment.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You represent and warrant that you have the right to publish and sell all content you upload to Printer. This includes the right to reproduce and distribute any text, images, or other materials contained in your publications. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or rights of publicity or privacy.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not use Printer to publish or sell content that:

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe on the rights of others.

5. Pricing, Fees, and Payouts

5.1 Platform Fee

Printer charges a platform fee of 12% of the retail price you set for each publication sold. This fee is deducted automatically from each transaction.

5.2 Print and Shipping Costs

Print and shipping costs are determined by Lulu based on page count, format, and shipping destination. These costs are deducted from each transaction before your payout. You can see estimated print costs before you publish.

5.3 Payouts

Seller payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. You must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts. Payout timing and frequency are subject to Stripe's terms and policies. Bookhead is not responsible for delays or issues with Stripe payouts.

5.4 Canva App

The Printer Canva app is free to use. No fees are charged for connecting your Substack or RSS content to Canva.

6. Orders and Fulfillment

When a buyer purchases a publication through your Printer storefront, Bookhead submits the print job to Lulu for fulfillment. Lulu handles printing and shipping directly to the buyer. Bookhead is not responsible for print quality issues, shipping delays, or lost packages, though we will work with Lulu to resolve issues on your behalf.

Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with Lulu's policies. If a buyer contacts you or us about a defective or undelivered order, we will coordinate with Lulu to resolve the issue.

7. Third-Party Services

Printer integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Lulu, Canva, and Substack. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. If a third-party service changes its API, terms, or availability, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted integration.

8. Canva App Terms

The Printer Canva app accesses Substack and RSS feed content based on URLs you provide. The app displays post content (titles, text, images, dates, bylines) as data fields within Canva's editor for use in your designs. We do not access, store, or modify your Canva account data, designs, or exported files. Your use of Canva is subject to Canva's terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide our Services on an "as-is" and "as available" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from:
